Kingdom Youth Group is a community youth group sponsored by several local Christian churches so that our youth can enjoy time in community service, spiritual development, and having fun together with other youth from families with similar values and beliefs. North Congregational Church, South Congregational Church, and Grace United Methodist Church have been working together since 1998 to provide activities for 6th through 9th graders, 9th through 12th graders, and sometimes activities appropriate for the full range of middle and high school youth to be together. Youth and sometimes pastors or youth leaders from other churches, including St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church and Danville Congregational Church, have also collaborated with us. We welcome youth from any church, and youth from no church. Youth of any faith are welcome, so long as they are respectful of each others’ faith journeys.
Some activities are specifically planned for families to join with us, but families are always welcome to send a parent along to “check things out” at any activity.
