Our Organization

New Move Adult Day Service is a nonprofit, community based organization serving the elders and disabled adults of the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. New Move is a structured day program designed to enable those with disabilities or illness to continue to live in their homes and in the community. We provide a supportive environment focusing on each participant's strengths and talents, not his or her limitations. We strive to expand each individual's level of functioning while encouraging greater independence. New Move offers stimulating, creative, and challenging activities which help foster self-esteem. Participants are provided opportunities to express their creativity and share the wealth of their years with others around them.
